End User Agreement
NeuralBytes End User Agreement
Last updated: June 22, 2026
Acceptance
By requesting access, downloading NeuralBytes software, connecting a remote agent, using AI-assisted automation, using API access, or allowing a workflow session to begin, you agree to this End User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
Platform Role
NeuralBytes provides a bridge, relay, downloadable agent, API access, workflow tooling, audit records, and optional supervision. NeuralBytes does not become the owner, operator, administrator, managed-service provider, or decision-maker for your devices, accounts, networks, data, or business operations unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Customer Control and Authorization
You choose which systems to connect, which workflows to request, which tasks or commands to authorize, what information to provide, and when a session ends. Actions are performed only within the access path you approve, but they can still affect your systems. You are responsible for reviewing requests, confirming that the requested work is appropriate, and stopping access if you no longer approve the activity. Public intake form details are for human review and are not automatically delivered to an agent or API workflow.
Supervision, Monitoring, and Audit
Approved sessions may be supervised, monitored in real time, and recorded for audit, replay, security, quality control, billing, troubleshooting, and customer review. NeuralBytes may record agent actions, command history, diagnostic output, timestamps, notes, API events, and session metadata. Optional supervision does not transfer control of your systems or business decisions to NeuralBytes.
API Access and Credentials
API access, if granted, is for customer-authorized workflows only. You are responsible for protecting credentials, limiting who can use them, reviewing API activity, and ensuring that requests sent through the API are lawful, authorized, backed up where appropriate, and within your intended scope. NeuralBytes may monitor, limit, suspend, rotate, or revoke API access for security, abuse prevention, nonpayment, or operational reasons.
Security and Encryption
NeuralBytes uses HTTPS/TLS for public website, relay, launcher, and API traffic. Current relay credentials are stored server-side as hashes, and newer agents sign token-authenticated requests. NeuralBytes does not claim full database or disk encryption at rest for every server-side record unless a separate written agreement says so.
Sanitized Training and Internal Datasets
NeuralBytes may improve tools, automation, routing, documentation, evaluations, and internal datasets using sanitized or de-identified workflow patterns. Long-term training or knowledge records should exclude raw customer records, screenshots, private documents, raw command transcripts, names, contact information, passwords, tokens, payment data, IP addresses, hostnames, full paths containing user names, and other unique identifiers where practical. Sanitized records may keep generalized symptoms, environment categories, diagnostic categories, fix steps, verification steps, and risk notes.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for backing up important files, applications, licenses, passwords, recovery keys, and business data before any support session. You are responsible for confirming that you have authority to request work on the device, account, network, or system involved. You are responsible for the scope and consequences of the workflows, commands, data, credentials, third-party services, and automation you request or approve.
No Guaranteed Outcome
NeuralBytes may provide tools, relay access, automation, recommendations, and optional review, but no result is guaranteed. Some problems require vendor support, replacement hardware, additional licensing, local hands-on work, third-party service restoration, data recovery specialists, or a full system rebuild.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralBytes is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-interruption damages, including lost data, lost revenue, lost profits, lost access, downtime, corrupted files, failed updates, security incidents, third-party service failures, or losses caused by customer- authorized requests, commands, API calls, missing backups, incorrect scope, or instructions supplied by you or your users. You agree that you use the tools at your own risk and that maintaining backups and approvals is your responsibility.
Authorized Use
You may not use NeuralBytes tools, agents, relay access, or API access for unauthorized access, malware, spam, credential theft, surveillance without consent, evasion of security controls, or any unlawful activity. You may not use the platform on systems you do not own, administer, or have explicit permission to manage.
Remote Access
Remote sessions are temporary and intended only for customer-approved workflows. Keep the support app or agent open only while access is authorized. Close the app, stop the agent, revoke API access, or request removal when work is complete or if you no longer approve access.
Changes
NeuralBytes may update this agreement as the project and services evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
