The Windows support app opens a small GUI window and starts a temporary support session using a one-time code. It is intended for approved NeuralBytes sessions only. Keep the window open while work is in progress, and close it when the session is done.

Focused remote sessions start at $100.

Best for one system or one focused issue. Larger office jobs, multiple computers, servers, urgent after-hours work, or sensitive environments are quoted after review.

Payment is due after the scope is confirmed and before the remote support session begins. Card payments must use a secure checkout or invoice link; never send card numbers through this form, email, chat, or the support session.
